These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for all apps under the publisher name Alpha Grid Tech.

By using these apps, we assume that you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use any app if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: "Client," "You," and "Your" refer to you, the person using this app and complying with the Company's terms and conditions. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to applicable law.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Alpha Grid Tech apps and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material contained in Alpha Grid Tech apps. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may access and use Alpha Grid Tech apps for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Alpha Grid Tech apps.
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Alpha Grid Tech apps.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Alpha Grid Tech apps.
  • Redistribute content from Alpha Grid Tech apps.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Comments and User Content

Parts of these apps may offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the app. Alpha Grid Tech apps do not filter, edit, publish, or review comments prior to their appearance in the app.

Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Alpha Grid Tech, its agents, or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person posting them.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Alpha Grid Tech shall not be liable for the comments or for any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of, posting of, or appearance of comments in the app.

You warrant and represent that:

No use of Alpha Grid Tech's logo or artwork is permitted without a trademark license agreement.

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your app or website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from your content.

No link should appear on any website or platform that may be interpreted as defamatory, obscene, criminal, or that infringes or advocates the infringement of third-party rights.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our apps. You agree to immediately remove all links upon request.
