These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Calculator Vault: Photos & App (the "App"), published by NextCore ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

The following terminology applies to these Terms: "You" and "Your" refer to you, the person using the App. "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to NextCore. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing law of India.

1. License

Unless otherwise stated, NextCore and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material in the App. All intellectual property rights are reserved. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You must not:

  • Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from the App.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the App.
  • Redistribute content from the App.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.

2. Your Passcode and Your Data — Important

The App is a private vault that stores your hidden photos, videos, audio, documents, notes, contacts, and app selections locally on your device, protected by a passcode you set. You understand and agree that:

  • We do not have access to your passcode or your vault content. Everything is stored and encrypted on your device only. We cannot see, recover, or reset it for you.
  • If you forget your passcode, recovery is only possible through the recovery options you set up inside the App (such as a security question or recovery email). If you have not set up a recovery option, or lose access to it, your hidden content may become permanently inaccessible.
  • If you uninstall the App, clear its data, reset your device, or the device is lost or damaged, your hidden content will be permanently lost. We cannot restore it.
  • You are solely responsible for remembering your passcode and for keeping your own backups of any important files before moving them into the vault.

We strongly recommend keeping an independent backup of any irreplaceable files. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from a forgotten passcode, uninstallation, data clearing, device failure, or loss.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to store, hide, or distribute any content that is illegal, that infringes the rights of others, or that you are not legally entitled to possess. You are solely responsible for all content you choose to store in the vault. We do not monitor, access, or review your vault content.

4. In-App Purchases (Remove Ads / Premium)

The App is free to download and is supported by advertising. The App offers an optional in-app purchase to remove ads and/or unlock premium features.

  • All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
  • The Remove Ads / premium purchase is a one-time purchase tied to the Google account used to buy it. You can restore it on a new device or after reinstalling by using the "Restore Purchase" option while signed in to the same Google account.
  • Purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted under Google Play's refund policy. Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with its terms.
  • We reserve the right to change the price or availability of in-app purchases at any time. Any change will not affect purchases you have already made.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. These networks may use identifiers to serve ads. Your use of ads is also subject to the advertising provider's terms and privacy policy. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings, or remove ads through the in-app purchase described above.

6. In-App Private Browser

The App includes a private browser feature that lets you visit third-party websites. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website you access through this feature. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that website's own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," and we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the App and your use of it. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will meet your requirements.

Nothing in these Terms will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
  • exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

As long as the App and its core functionality are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, or update, modify, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part), at any time and without notice, to the extent permitted by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including License, Disclaimer, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

9. Eligibility

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use it. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available within the App or on our published Terms page, with an updated "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the App after changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
